The Trash Vessel is designed to separate and collect solids carried over during the depressurising of batch cookers. Vapours enter the vessel in a tangential direction, creating a swirling motion that assists in separating entrained solids from the vapour stream.
An extended centre tube prevents solids from escaping with the vapour flow. The separated solids settle in the cone-shaped bottom section of the vessel while the cleaned vapours exit through the centre tube and are directed to the condenser.
The vessel is fabricated from mild or stainless steel plate and features a cylindrical upper section with a conical bottom to facilitate solids collection. Support legs are supplied to suit the installation requirements, and a 450 × 450 mm inspection door is provided for access and maintenance.

Continuous decanter centrifuge designed for efficient separation of solids from liquids in blood and tallow processing.

High-efficiency continuous hydrolyser designed to replace multiple batch processing units.

Continuous processing system for coagulating, dewatering and drying raw blood.
Appropriate for small blood drying needs. Typically handles up to 500kg of raw blood per hour.
