The Inclined Rotor Pump is designed for pumping and processing materials that require simultaneous size reduction during transfer. The housing incorporates a split casing inlet flange and adaptor plate manufactured from close-grained grey cast iron. A heavy-duty bearing block of close-grained grey cast iron is fitted with a double-row angular contact ball bearing at the drive end to ensure durability under demanding operating conditions.

The shaft is manufactured from S1040 Durox steel and includes a stainless steel wear sleeve through the gland for extended service life. The gland uses a standard stuffing box with graphited packing. The rotor hub is constructed from spheroidal graphite (SG) iron, while the rotor itself is manufactured from nickel chrome alloy cast steel, heat treated to approximately 30–40 Rockwell hardness. Liners are also manufactured from spheroidal graphite iron for improved wear resistance.

Standard sizes available: 100 × 100 – 100 discharge, 100 inlet. 100 × 150 – 100 discharge, 150 inlet. (Note: Sizes in metric).
