The Continuous Blood Coagulator is designed for the efficient coagulation of raw blood as part of a continuous processing system. The unit consists of a tubular body fitted with dairy-style connections and unions at both ends to allow easy disassembly for maintenance and cleaning.

The entire assembly is fabricated from stainless steel to ensure durability and hygiene in processing environments. Steam is introduced into the coagulator through an automatically controlled steam supply train.

Raw blood is pumped through the unit at a controlled rate using a variable-speed positive displacement pump. As the blood flows through the coagulator, it is mixed with steam, allowing rapid and effective coagulation.

The unit has a processing capacity of approximately 4000 litres of raw blood per hour at a solids concentration of around 15 percent, making it suitable for high-capacity continuous rendering operations.
