The Side Entering Agitator is designed for direct mounting through the walls of process vessels and storage tanks, providing effective agitation where it is most needed at the bottom of the vessel. This configuration improves mixing efficiency while avoiding the complications associated with long vertical agitator shafts.

The unit features robust all-steel construction and a packed gland shaft sealing arrangement to ensure reliable operation. Installation is straightforward and can be carried out easily in both new and existing plants.

By eliminating the need for extended vertical spindles, the agitator reduces maintenance issues and operational complications. Special sizes and configurations can be manufactured to meet specific customer requirements. Standard units are available in 2.2 kW and 4 kW configurations.
