The Super Hammer Mill is designed for processing materials where effective breakup is required before final screening. Featuring a solid rotor plate and eight fixed, non-swinging hammers, the machine delivers high throughput and reliable size reduction for demanding processing applications.

An access door allows quick and convenient hammer replacement, while removable hard-faced or cast hammers provide flexibility depending on material characteristics. The mill operates at a standard speed of 1440 rpm and is constructed for long service life under continuous operation.

The base accommodates motors up to 110 kW and can be manufactured to fit over any size screw conveyor for easy integration into existing plant layouts. Internal surfaces are lined with easily replaceable wear plates, simplifying maintenance and extending equipment life.
