Keith designed, manufactured and installed a Complete Continuous High Temperature Protein Recovery Facility capable of processing up to 7,000kg/hr of Bovine material. The project was completed and successfully commissioned within 12 months of ordering. 

The plant is housed in a purpose built and designed building, with a high level of focus on maintenance access and operator movement. The plant incorporates the latest design upgrades, controls, and automation, minimising operator input and manual handling. 

The plant utilises a factory fitted bottom discharge New Generation Keith 900 Series Continuous Cooker as well as a split system biofilter, which efficiently neutralisers the high intensity odours creating a comfortable, virtually odour free working environment.
