Screw Presses
Keith Presses are used for the extraction of tallow or oil from animal and poultry cracklings, where the cracklings enter the press at near end point cooking temperature.
Model 1038: Four stage press unit is capable of discharging up to 2000 kg/hr of pressed cake, dependent on the materials presented.
Model 1037: Three stages press is capable of discharging up to 1350 kg/hr.
Model 1066: Two stage press developed for use with smaller batch type plants. The model 1066 has all the rugged features associated with larger Keith presses and is similarly capable of up to 800 kg/hr.
10" Model: Four stage press used for rendering plants demanding larger capacities and depending on material presented, the unit is capable of discharging up to 3600 kg/per hour.
